Michelle and Wendy take turns answering the phones. They have both been doing this for several years. They know how to help or direct you to some place that will meet your needs.

They'll listen, not judge. You have the right to ask all the questions you want. You can call as many times as you want and get as many answers as you need.

You'll then be matched with a caring case manager — Jodi, Ashlyn, Haley, or Kathy — who will stay with you every step of the way.
