How to Place My Baby for Adoption in Idaho

You Can Make a Plan Anytime

It’s never too late to make an adoption plan. Whether you’re a few weeks pregnant, almost ready to give birth, or your baby has already been born — help is here for you.

When you call Heart to Heart Adoptions, Michelle or Wendy will answer the phone. They’ll listen to your story and connect you with a caring case manager — Jodi, Ashlyn, Haley, or Kathy — who will walk beside you through every step.

“Mia from Twin Falls called when her baby was already two weeks old. She didn’t know what to do and was scared to ask for help. Michelle answered her call and connected her with Kathy. Together they made a plan that gave Mia peace of mind and her baby a loving family.”

Support Before & After Birth
We’ll help with housing, food, counseling, and emotional care at no cost.

If you’d like to stay close to home, your case manager can meet you anywhere in Idaho. But if you’d prefer extra privacy and care, you can travel to one of our Utah apartments.

These apartments are safe and comfortable, and there are other birth mothers within walking distance. Every week, we plan group activities — things like lunch out, a movie, hikes, or local entertainment. Around the holidays, we go see lights, parades, or concerts together.

“Lily from Boise stayed in Utah for her last month of pregnancy. She said, ‘Being around other girls who understood helped me not feel so alone. My case manager, Ashlyn, took me to lunch and made sure I had everything I needed.’”

Idaho adoption

Adoption doesn’t mean giving up. It means choosing what’s best for your baby and for yourself. You get to decide:

  • Which family will raise your baby
  • How much contact you want after placement
  • What happens at the hospital

Your case manager will explain everything in simple terms and make sure you understand your rights and choices.

Even after placement, you’ll still have support. Our counselors and case managers will stay in touch for as long as you need. Many women say the emotional care they received after placement helped them heal and find peace.

If you’re wondering where to start, just call or text Michelle or Wendy. They’ll listen and help you take the next step — one small, caring step at a time.
