Uintah Basin
Roosevelt, Vernal, Duchesne, and Eastern Utah
The Uintah Basin is one of Utah’s most geographically isolated regions. We recognize that for a woman facing an unplanned pregnancy, that isolation can feel both protective and suffocating. The Basin’s oil and gas economy brings in workers from all over the country, and the communities of Roosevelt and Vernal have a transient population alongside deep-rooted local families
Distance is real here. Vernal is more than two hours from Salt Lake City. Heart to Heart responds to that reality. We come to you. Case managers travel to the Uintah Basin when needed. Phone and text counseling is available day and night. Financial assistance covers the actual costs of living in a region where housing can be expensive and services can be sparse.
Women in the Basin often discover they are pregnant later than women with more regular access to healthcare. Heart to Heart has extensive experience with late-pregnancy adoptions and can build a solid plan even when time is short.

Northern Utah
Ogden, Logan, Cache Valley, and the Northern Wasatch
Northern Utah stretches from the industrial corridors of Ogden and Weber County up through Cache Valley to the Idaho border. Logan is a university city, the home to Utah State University and a large student population. Navigating all the pressures that come with being young, far from home, and unexpectedly pregnant can be difficult. Ogden has its own distinct character, an older industrial city with a diverse population.
Heart to Heart has helped women throughout Northern Utah think through their options and access the support they need. Whether you’re a student at USU who needs complete confidentiality, a young mother in Ogden whose family doesn’t know, or a woman in a smaller Cache Valley community who is afraid of judgment from people she knows, we meet you where you are.

Logan Regional Hospital delivers about 2,500 babies in a single year. That is the largest service line at that hospital. You can assured you are working with professionals that have experience.
McKay-Dee Hospital is Utah’s 4th-largest hospital. Patients and pregnant women come from southeast Idaho/western Wyoming. They definitely serve beyond city lines.

The Wasatch Front is home to most of Utah’s population and to the widest range of circumstances a birth mother might be navigating. From college students to working mothers in West Valley City to women in South Jordan or Herriman managing unexpected pregnancies while raising other children, the Salt Lake Valley contains every story.
Heart to Heart is headquartered to serve this region directly. Case managers are close. Medical providers are familiar with our process. The legal staff knows Utah courts. If you are anywhere along the Wasatch Front, help is never far.

Western Utah is vast, sparsely populated, and far from most services. Communities like Delta and Grantsville have tight-knit populations where privacy matters deeply. Tooele County, closer to Salt Lake, has grown significantly in recent years but can still feel isolated for women without transportation or support networks.
For women in Western Utah, Heart to Heart works hard to eliminate the distance barrier. Phone and text support is available 24/7. Financial assistance includes transportation to appointments. In-person case manager visits can be arranged when needed. No matter how small the town or how far from the freeway, you are not outside our reach.
